Order Processing, Shipping & Return Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Sunday.
Pick-up Orders will be ready for instore pickup as early as the next business day during regular business hours.
SHIPPING:
For Trinidad:
- Deliveries will be done by a local Courier Company or TTPOST.
- Deliveries are within 1 to 3 days, except weekends and public holidays, after order is placed.
*Shipping Limitations
- Mayaro, Guayaguayare, and Manzanilla are on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
- Cedros is on Fridays only.
- From Matura to Toco deliveries are done via TTPOST.
For Tobago:
Deliveries will be done by TTPOST.
Deliveries will be done in 4 to 5 days, except weekends and public holidays, after order is placed.
FAILED DELIVERY.
Please ensure that the correct phone number is entered during the Order process. If for some reason the Courier is unable to contact you, or you are unavailable to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. We will make all attempts to reschedule the delivery. If this fails, we will issue a refund less the original shipping fee.
RETURNS.
Highly Reactive is committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. As such, all items are thoroughly inspected for cosmetic issues before packaging.
Please note that we do not offer returns on accessories, underwear, and fragrances. Sunglasses and watches with scratches cannot be returned since a thorough inspection for scratches is done prior to packaging, item is then properly packaged, and shipped as a Fragile item. You also have the option to purchase sunglasses directly from the store.
All Items must be returned to the store with the original receipt within seven (7) days from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, and have the original tag attached.
Requests for refunds can only be processed once the item has been returned as per conditions above, and inspected for approval. Once approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during Checkout.
Please allow 2 business days for processing of refunds.
You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
